Aaron Edmunds: What are we doing about the threats to native vegetation?

Aaron Edmonds, a Western Australian grain farmer, studied agriculture and marketing at the University of Western Australia. After traveling overseas to experience agriculture in other countries, Aaron set about transforming the family farm into a progressive, sustainable and profitable enterprise. His vision is to successfully produce and market homegrown wild food. In so doing, he believes he can help create a thriving and healthy agricultural landscape.

Aaraon Edmunds was a 2002 Nuffield Farming Scholar, an honour which allowed him to complete further study in sustainable agriculture practices.  His scholarship report 'Directions for sustainable and profitable gains in the Australian grains industry' supports the presentation Aaron gave at Veg Futures 06.
