Greening Australia is an apolitical, not-for-profit membership-based organisation dedicated to managing and repairing native vegetation. Our guiding principles are based on economic, social, and ecological considerations.
We operate in 11 locations throughout Queensland and have more than 80 staff working in the organisation. In South-East Queensland alone, we have more than 650 volunteers who dedicate their time for the work of Greening Australia.
The demand for our services continues to grow. The community, government, farming and business sectors are increasingly aware of the need for a fresh approach to natural resource management.
Our mission is to engage the community in vegetation management to protect and restore the health, diversity, and productivity of our unique Australian landscape.
Our vision is for a healthy, diverse environment, treasured by the whole community.
